What
We Do
Imagine driving past a raw piece of land—nothing but dirt. The next time you pass by, a building is going vertical. Everything you see and everything you don’t see before that moment is our work. We handle all the critical sitework that sets the foundation for successful vertical construction—ensuring the project starts right, progresses smoothly, and stays on schedule.
Our
Clients
We work primarily with private clients, many of whom have been with us for years. They keep coming back because of our hands-on approach and the relationships we build. Our clients trust us—not just to perform the work, but to help solve problems as they arise. We’re proactive, involved, and committed to being a true partner throughout the project.
What Matters Most
Two things come first on every project:
-
Every team member goes home safely at the end of the day.
-
We go above and beyond our client’s expectations—every time.
Safety, accountability, and quality are not negotiable. Our reputation is built on doing the job right, not just getting it done.
Why Choose
Us
“Why should we hire you over the competition?”

Because we do what we say we’re going to do. That means showing up, following through, and standing behind our work—every project, every time.
Project We Are Most Proud of
Project 99 – Baytown
This project stands out for both its scale and execution. In just five months, our team imported and placed over 2,000,000 cubic yards of material—a demanding timeline that required precision, coordination, and relentless effort. It’s a clear example of what our team is capable of when experience, leadership, and commitment come together.
What Sets Us Apart
We are a hands-on company in every sense of the word. Leadership is present in the field, not just in the office.
Every team member treats this business like they own it, and our clients recognize that level of care, pride, and accountability. That mindset shows in the quality of our work and the strength of our relationships.

With 30 years of experience in site-work and a third-generation family legacy, this business isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. From grandfather to father to uncle, the standards of hard work, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship were passed down long before the first machine ever fired up. My journey started like many in this industry, but one moment stands out: my very first project on my own clearing a small subdivision and digging a retention pond. I was proud, motivated, and determined to do it right. I worked seven days a week until it was complete, driven by the excitement of earning my first paying job independently and proving that I could carry on the family name the right way. The Marine Corps further shaped how I lead and operate today. During four years of service, I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and leading from the front—principles that still guide every project and every decision. Outside of work, I value working out, hunting, and spending time with my family, the same priorities that keep me grounded and focused on what matters most.
I have been working in the civil construction industry for over 25 years. As a second-generation
earthwork contractor, I grew up in the business—riding along and working with my father starting at the age of four. Earthwork is in my blood, and it’s something I have always truly enjoyed. I began my career as an off-road truck driver and gradually worked my way up by operating a wide range of heavy equipment. Early on, I learned that success in this industry comes from showing up first, leaving last, and never letting anyone outwork you.
After the events of 9/11, I answered the call to serve my country and joined the United States Army as an Infantry Paratrooper. During my time in the military, I developed a deeper understanding of discipline, teamwork, and commitment—values that continue to guide me today. After leaving the military, I returned to civil construction and continued building my career, moving into various management roles. Through hard work, determination, and the opportunities that came my way, I was fortunate to grow within the industry and gain valuable experience across many aspects of earthwork and construction. Today, I bring that same work ethic and passion to every job, ensuring quality results and dependable service for every client. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.
